Refund and Cancellation Policy for

Alrannan Administrative Services., is committed to delivering high-quality work, adhering to the timelines projected at the start of a project as closely as possible.

Alrannan Administrative Services., does not generally entertain requests for refunds of payments that have already been processed.


As is laid out in the contracts we enter into with our clients before we undertake to fulfil any project, Alrannan Administrative Services., begins work on a project only after an advance payment of at least 1/3rd of the project’s total value has been credited.

Once this above-mentioned payment has been made and work has been started, the client may choose to terminate the project at any given time, but might not receive a full refund of the amount they paid before the project’s commencement.

While clients may cancel the project at any given time, refund requests will be reviewed and we will get back to you within 7 working days.

This is because, before initiating the refund process, Alrannan Administrative Services., will assess the amount of work that has been completed on a project at the time of cancellation. ‘Work’ here includes time spent on R&D, strategizing, competitor analysis, etc.

Depending on the hours spent on the canceled project before the time of its cancellation, Alrannan Administrative Services., may deduct the appropriate sum from the initial advance payment and refund the remaining funds to the client, with full transparency. Or Alrannan Administrative Services., may choose not to do so.

If, however, it transpires that the work put into the project matches or exceeds the amount of the down-payment that has been made, Alrannan Administrative Services., will make no refund of the funds that have been credited.

On a case-by-case basis, in extreme circumstances, Alrannan Administrative Services., might choose to raise an invoice for additional project costs at the time of cancellation, if a large portion of the project’s scope has already been tangibly achieved.


Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
In the event that a client of Alrannan Administrative Services., is displeased with the services provided, they may raise the issue with us at We will do our best to resolve the issue but will not offer a refund since we proceed with important stages of the process only after receiving appropriate approval from the client.
