Booking and Confirmation:
All bookings are subject to availability. At least 6 months valid passport and necessary travel documents are required for booking confirmation.

Payment:
A minimum 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Full payment must be made before the departure date.

Cancellation and Refund:
If the guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason, a written application or email to contact@alrannan.ae must be submitted within the specified time limit, along with the original receipt issued by the company.
Cancellation charges will be applicable as outlined below and will be calculated based on the gross tour cost, depending on both the date of departure and the date of cancellation.
Cancellation charges for any type of transportation ticket will apply according to the rules of the concerned authority.
Any refund due will be processed only after the company receives the refund from the respective authorities, and processing charges may be deducted. Refunds will be processed as per the cancellation policy and timing of cancellation.

Changes to Itinerary:
The itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, operational requirements, or events beyond our control. The company reserves the right to substitute hotels, activities, or package components if necessary.

Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, cancellations, medical emergencies, and other travel-related risks.

Visa Requirements:
Travellers are responsible for obtaining any required visas for entry into Dubai. We can provide information and assistance regarding visa requirements, but obtaining the visa remains the traveller’s responsibility.

Health and Safety:
Travellers are responsible for their own health and well-being during the trip. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed prior to booking.

Liability:
We shall not be held responsible for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or inconvenience caused due to events beyond our control. We do not accept liability for any additional expenses incurred due to travel disruptions or changes.

Responsibility:
Travellers are responsible for following local laws, customs, and regulations. The company is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

Refusal of Service:
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or group that violates our terms and conditions or behaves inappropriately.

Force Majeure:
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling obligations due to circumstances beyond our control.
